I usually use Pathao courier because, they cover most of the areas I need, even places outside Dhaka. The pickup and delivery, like, generally work fine for me. It’s not perfect every single time, of course, but the coverage is really helpful when I’m sending small orders here and there.

I’ve been using Pathao for quite a while now, mostly out of habit at this point, and from what I remember, I’ve never had any issue with my personal data. The login and payment parts have always felt secure to me, and I don’t recall getting any weird calls or messages after using the app. It does ask for location, but that makes sense for rides and food delivery, so it never felt unnecessary or overly nosy. Overall, based on my experience so far, it’s a simple app that works fine, and I feel okay trusting it with my information.

I used pathao yesterday and tried one of the promo codes from the app. It applied right away before I confirmed the ride, so I could clearly see the final fare, which I appreciated. There weren’t any confusing steps or error messages, unlike some other apps where codes can be a bit hit or miss. The discount wasn’t massive, but it still helped a little. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I’d use it again if I get another code

I use Pathao often, especially when I’m too tired to deal with traffic or I’m coming back from work late. Most of the drivers I’ve had were careful and didn’t drive rashly, which I really appreciate. The helmet was clean enough, and the driver followed the route properly without any weird detours. I even felt safe riding at night, and that matters a lot to me because I’m usually a bit extra alert after dark. Overall, a good experience, so I’m giving 5 stars...

Not gonna lie, my experience with pathao for parcel delivery has been mostly okay. I’ve used them a few times and most of my packages arrived without any issues. But one time, a box showed up with a small dent, and the rider didn’t really seem like he was handling it that carefully. The tracking works, but the updates can be a bit late sometimes. Overall, it’s not a bad service, I just think they need to be more careful with parcels.

I use Pathao almost every week, and for the most part it does what I need without much hassle. I can usually find a ride quickly, track the driver, and get where I’m going without wasting time. The app doesn’t crash often, which is a big plus when I’m in a hurry. The map can be a little slow to load sometimes, but it hasn’t caused any major problems for me. Overall, it’s a practical app I trust when I need a quick ride

The food does show up, and sometimes it’s totally fine, actually, I want to say it’s reliable, but not always. I’ve had a few times where the timing or consistency wasn’t quite what I expected.

I been using Pathao for rides and food delivery since long time now. Most times it works smooth and I feel safe using it. Drivers usually call before coming and the app is simple enough to use. What I like most is I can trust it when I need something quick. Small delays happens sometimes, but still the service is reliable for me. Overall good experience.

"Pretty okay, but the wallet can be slow"
I use pathao wallet often for rides and ordering food. Most of the time the payments go through without any issue, but a few times my balance took a while to update and it got confusing. Support did fix it later, which I appreciate, but it was still a bit annoying. Overall it’s okay, just needs to be more reliable with wallet updates.
